Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead, manage and develop the team to ensure that company standards are maintained.
  • To take responsibility for cash handling.
  • To ensure that cashing up is done at the end of each shift.
  • To investigate and deal with any discrepancies.
  • To take responsibility for ordering stock, to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  • To be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring that appropriate staff levels are in place and cover for sickness and holidays is arranged.
  • To manage staff behavioural and performance issues in conjunction with the Managing Director and in accordance with policies and guidelines.
  • To be involved in staff recruitment and take the lead on training any new employees, ensuring that training records are logged.
  • To greet and serve customers in a polite and efficient manner in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • To manage any complaints appropriately and professionally.
  • To prepare hot beverages using appropriate barista equipment, ensuring that drinks are prepared correctly and in accordance with the customers' specifications. To serve cold beverages as required.
  • To prepare and serve alcoholic beverages if provided at your location, ensuring that licensing restrictions are adhered to.
  • To ask for appropriate customer ID.
  • To prepare or serve food as required, ensuring compliance with hygiene and presentation standards, and ensuring that probe temperature checks are carried out where To lead and manage a team to ensure the provision of an excellent food and necessary. To ensure that equipment such as grills or microwaves are operated safely and correctly.
