We are recruiting for Temporary Adult Community Learning Co-ordinator to join our client based in Eastleigh. Our client is a leading technical and professional college in the UK.

They have great reputation for providing learners and staff alike with the opportunity to achieve excellence within a supportive environment.


Within this role, you will be based in Eastleigh but will regularly liaise with other sites across Hampshire, and some travel may be required.

There may also be events that take place during evenings and weekends that will require attendance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have responsibility for admissions, enrolment, and induction processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate data, reports, and information as required by the business' quality procedures.
  • Work closely with managers to develop new market opportunities to meet the needs of the community.
  • Ensure the timely booking of interviews with the careers team.
  • Collect and process any expenses for the finance team.
  • Be the pivotal point of contact and bring invested parties together to ensure the programmes are a success.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an education setting is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Open minded, conscientious, and able to work with confidential data
  • Minimum GCSE qualifications in Maths and English

Job Types:

£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
