Adult Complex Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Adult Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in adult nursing
  • Strong skills in oxygen therapy, mechanical cough assist, physiotherapy, and gastrostomy care
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
