Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be a collaborative team member with a positive attitude. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring store staff, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service that distinguishes Southern Co-op from its competitors
  • Managing various operational tasks
  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving all operational KPIs effectively
  • Enhancing Southern Co-op's presence by identifying ways to engage and support the local community with sincerity and thoughtfulness
  • Overseeing deliveries and ensuring product availability for our customers
