RRPF is a premier jet engine leasing company with a large portfolio of jet engines comprising of Rolls-Royce and engines manufactured by other leading engine manufactures. Our vision is to be the best partner to our customers growth journey.

We provide medium and long - term spare jet engine leasing and bespoke financial solutions to airlines, aircraft lessors and OEMs and support over 75 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 500 jet engines.

This role sits within the Sales and Marketing team; a fast-paced team responsible for spare jet engine leasing, sale and lease backs and sales revenue.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience and a passion for the aviation industry, exposure to engine or aircraft sales finance or leasing, an eye for detail, be capable of working with a diverse mix of external customers and internal partners and proven programme management experience.

What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for building strong relationships and processes across all teams within RRPF regarding the delivery of assets to customers and the redelivery process of assets from customers including liaising with appropriate storage facilities and shipping.
  • Delivery process, supplier or system related advancements requested by the Technical Team and wider business. This will include budget, supplier, and stakeholder management. Tasks will include process mapping, prioritising business improvement tasks, reviewing requirements and determining business processes and best practice.
  • Responsible for addressing inaccuracies and failings by the business in respect of delivery and redelivery of assets and implementing process improvements to prevent a re-occurrence.
  • To agree KPI with Chief Commercial Officer and be accountable for ensuring that the business hits its required targets regarding data accuracy, proactive engine delivery and re-delivery, management of off lease assets (including storage), efficient delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Redefining and managing engines through the lease-end process in a timely manner, coordinating with all teams to solve any issues that may arise (missing parts or records, billing, logistics etc), ensuring all re-delivery costs are captured and recharged where applicable and resolving any disputes that may arise regarding suppliers, delivery, storage, damage, or customers.

  • Experience gained within aviation, MRO, OEM or an engine or aircraft leasing company with ability to review and negotiate the technical provisions of engine lease or purchase agreements.
  • Experience with engine technical records.
  • Eloquent communication and diplomacy skills with confidence to challenge customers constructively.
  • Affinity with process development and standardisation.
  • Strong relationships with OEMs, MROs and Airlines.
  • Good IT skills, an autonomous individual with a high level of commitment, flexibility and ability to cope under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail, strong numeracy, excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and escalate issues.
