What You'll Do


An expert in Amazon UK and EU marketplace, the E-commerce Sales Director leads and develops Amazon's account and marketplace strategy crucial to growing this sales channel and utilizing Amazon as a marketing tool to recruit new consumers to our brands.


The E-commerce Sales Director plays a lead role in strategic management of Munchkin's online growth strategy and day-to-day operations of the domestic digital E-commerce business.

This role will partner with key stakeholders to establish the business strategy, financials, and the KPIs necessary to drive execution.


  • Own all Domestic Amazon account management including new business development, product merchandising, sales & inventory planning, and content/media strategy development associated with driving customer engagement and conversion for all products
  • Develop and define Ecommerce sales goals, demand generation strategies to drive sales and increase awareness for all products through Ecommerce channels and ensure alignment with Compass Goals
  • Drive ROI analysis on promotional activities, resource investments, and operational initiatives
  • Recommend and implement strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability
  • Provide operational level reporting and analysis to endusers and executive level reporting to monitor defined KPIs

  • Partner with Ecommerce Marketing to develop integrated demand generation strategies to drive sales and increase awareness for all product categories through pureplay ecommerce channels
  • Develop a support plan to align Ecommerce internationally with responsibility as follows:
  • Contribute to regular E-commerce sync calls to share internal Munchkin corporate goals and geo-specific best practices
  • Provide HQ guidance in terms of crossfunctional initiatives and objectives
  • Alignment of organizational KPI objectives
  • Communication of best practice learnings crossgeo in terms of partner programs, promotional successes, holiday planning, and operational considerations
  • Develop a concise universal Ecommerce scorecard for monthly distribution
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Management teams to elevate Munchkin visibility and sales effectiveness in the digital channels
  • Other duties may be assigned

Bring It

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and experience in Ecommerce, Digital Channel and Marketing, Retail, or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Ecommerce, Account Management, and Digital Marketing, covering key aspects of technology, and digital marketing strategies. Prior experience managing relationships with Amazon required.
  • Passion for innovation and creative thinking, relentless drive to deliver tangible business results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations/promotions
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams
  • Language skills preferred
