Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR and Change Business Partner.

As an HR and Change Business Partner at OutsideClinic, you will play an important role in driving the ambitious people agenda and people change programmes. You will have a focus on managing people change enabling us to embed key projects and ongoing change programmes, including our values, to mature in our ambition for a consistent high performing culture.

Your ability to champion a high-performance culture in a customer centric environment will be instrumental in coaching and upskilling senior leaders to provide clear direction and line managers to deliver change, continuous feedback and ongoing development.

Your expertise of partnering with leaders and influencing business decisions is crucial in order to develop and execute effective people plans and change. Your commercial acumen allows you to translate business goals into tactical plans, ensuring alignment and driving organizational effectiveness.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with key stakeholders and other leaders across functional teams. Your support and guidance will contribute to the delivery of actions that enhance both individual and organizational performance. You excel in implementing comprehensive people plans, aligning with the overall business goals and HR strategy.

Talent acquisition and development are crucial aspects of your expertise. You will work closely with support functions such as talent acquisition to develop effective hiring strategies to ensure that teams are equipped with the right talent for current and future needs. By fostering talent moves, succession planning, and career development within the business, you will drive a culture of growth and provide clear pathways for career progression.

Your analytical mindset allows you to dive into data, interpret insights, and present meaningful findings to inform decision-making. With a strong focus on results and a drive for employee engagement, you consistently deliver impactful outcomes that contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Accountabilities

Create people-centric plans to meet business demands that should include:

  • Performance management – co-ordinate review and approach
  • Learning & Development – training needs and management development
  • Integrated succession plans and career pathways
  • Manage diverse range of HR projects and lead change initiatives
  • Colleague engagement and action plans
  • Create department resource plans in collaboration with talent acquisition team
  • Use data insights in collaboration with the HR team to help shape people plans and priorities

About You

  • Degree calibre, CIPD, with high HR professional credentials or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a true HR Business Partner
  • Excellent HR partnering experience, engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong change management expertise, driving organizational and culture change
  • Thriving in a customer centric, collaborative culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
  • Credibility and professionalism, making an immediate positive impact
  • Open, practical, and pragmatic approach, balancing conflicting priorities
  • Skilled relationship builder across senior leaders and networks
  • Strong delivery management, generating energy and inspiring others

In addition to your principle accountabilities above you may be required to perform other duties from time to time, and to operate in line with company policies, procedures, NHS guidelines and current legislation at all times.

There will be a requirement for some travel as we have Group Support sites in Saltash and Glasgow. Our main Group Support site is in Swindon.
