Overview:

Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, and filing
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist in organising and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain office/staff areas cleanliness and tidiness
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage (full training will be given)
  • Provide administrative support to the Director as needed
  • Working within the packing department with dispatch of goods, ensuring necessary paperwork is ready for delivery to customers

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proven experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Competency in data entry and basic bookkeeping
  • Typing speed and accuracy
