Office Administrator - Cambridge
Munro Building Services are seeking a proactive Office Administrator. Working alongside the Office Coordinator you will provide administrative support based at our Cambridge site.
Salary - Dependant on experience
Primary duties will include but not be limited to - Admin / Contracts
- Receiving and processing any deliveries.
- Greeting any visitors and managing reception, offering guests beverages as required.
- Booking meeting rooms and company van as required.
- Sort incoming post for distribution to all departments, and process outgoing post.
- Answering any incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff, and taking messages.
- Arranging couriers as required.
- Placing orders for stationary and office consumables
- Provide cover for colleagues as required and assist with other administrative duties as necessary as directed by the Office Coordinator.
- Accepting deliveries and distributing as required
- Management of photocopier account, raising service tickets and ordering cartridges.
- Helping with adjustments and completion of project documentation including, uploading drawings and documents.
- Printing off and scanning large format drawings and plans as required.
Duties for Maintenance:
- Answering telephones and logging callouts, liaising with property managers
- Assist in allocating engineer workload
- Support in updating Maintenance database
- Support in processing engineers' timesheets
- Providing support to Project Managers in collating information for proposals, requests for information, tenders and quotation
- Loading of purchase invoices onto accounts system
- Manage and update CAFM system and database
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
