Health & Safety Administrator Position

Location: City Of London

This is a valuable opportunity to work as a Health & Safety administrator in a well-known contractor's head office in Canary Wharf.

If you're someone who enjoys hands-on administrative tasks and has experience in fast-paced construction environments, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Document control of Enterprise folders
  • Maintaining accident and incident record logs
  • Maintaining accident and incident action close out log
  • Maintaining accident an incident reports and records
  • Obtain and input staff and accident and incident figures
  • Produce the accident and incident graphs, pie charts and tables
  • Produce annual statistics table
  • Collate observation returns
  • Complete observation analysis spreadsheet
  • Produce observation tables
  • Maintain records of holidays, absences, and expenses
  • Organise meetings, events, and venues
  • Maintain project allocation sheet
  • Obtain responses when requested
  • Monitoring inspections and close out of reports
  • Maintain the safety leadership tour schedule
  • Maintain records of tours and close out of items
  • Support in producing, registering and formatting communications e.g. safety alerts, briefings, workforce forums
  • Distribution of information
  • Monitoring responses to requests for action from projects
  • Support with communication of campaigns and associated material
  • Support in formatting documents and publishing on IMS
  • Maintaining the internal audit schedule
  • Supporting internal and external audits and collection of evidence
  • Monitoring close out of audit actions
  • Organisation of events as required e.g. wellbeing events
  • Support in producing and formatting award and bid submissions

You will be office based with working hours from 8am to 5pm.

Start date is immediate.
