Health & Safety /CDM Advisor (House Building) – East Midlands RegionnDM Safety & Health Services are an independent National Health & Safety Consultancy based in the Northwest.

If you can provide professional HSE services to a FTSE 100 client, then we would like to hear from you.nThe RolenReporting to the Construction Services Director, you will be required to provide HSE support to multiple sites across the East Midlands region.

This includes Chery Willingham, Edwalton, Boston, Market Deeping, Melton Manor, Whittlesey, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Kettering,

You will be responsible for:

n·Carrying out Site Inspections and Site Support Visits,n·Providing technical & HSE support to Site Management Teamsn·Undertaking targeted monthly checksn·Attending monthly meetingsn·Supporting Client Regional HSE Advisorn·Finding practical solutions to issues that arise on site.

n·Interacting with site management teams and building trust & solid working relationshipsn·Incident and accident investigationn·Carrying out External PC / Client Inspectionsn·Delivering In House training for operatives and management teams

nAbout You:

nQualifications, experience and training:

n·UK Based Construction / House Building experience.n·NEBOSH General /Construction Certificate.n·5 years' experience in a similar role (desirable)n·Available Immediatelyn·UK Driving LicencenPersonal Abilities:n·The desire to drive the continuous improvement of H & S on site.n·The personality to interact with workforce & management alike.n·The ability to produce detailed, informative reports in a timely manner.n·Excellent time management skills.n·The ability to manage your diary efficiently.n·Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to build relationships.

n·The willingness to travel (Some occasional overnight stays will be required)n
