As a Health and Safety Advisor, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety of team members and clients. You will also provide guidance on CDM2015 regulations to Clients and Contractors across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts to create CDM documentation and procedures.
- Offer expert advice on CDM2015 regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and audits nationwide for H&S compliance.
- Engage with contractors and site management, providing support and guidance.
- Assist in the role of CDM Advisor/Principal Designer for a top UK hotel and hospitality provider.
- Prepare pre-construction information and review construction plans.
- Carry out risk assessments, method statements, and H&S project setup.
- Provide administrative support and monitor site visits for compliance.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently within budget constraints.
- Support senior staff on H&S matters.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably hold a health and safety qualification like a NEBOSH Certificate.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of CDM2015 regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Background or experience in the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, professional, and with a personable demeanor.
- Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel across the UK.
