The role:

Responsible for dealing with all new client enquiries relating to Wills & Probate, providing advice and quotes when appropriate.

To offer excellent customer service on all calls received and proactively convert sales opportunities and maximise cross selling opportunities on a day to day basis.

This role is challenging but rewarding. You will have the opportunity to offer a service which helps guide clients at stressful and difficult times.

This is an important and vital role within our Central Services Team. You will be the first person our potential clients speak too - therefore the face and voice of our business

We provide extensive training where you will learn on the job. You will assist in offering guidance on a wide range of cases - no two days will be the same

You:

We are in need of a individual who can display empathy and compassion, offering a warm and welcoming service. This role would suit an individual that has experience in dealing with vulnerable and distressed individuals.

The below would be advantageous;

  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships

About the Team:

You will be working alongside our specialist service centre within our new business team.


The CSC team are a friendly down to earth bunch You will also gain the support from our knowledgeable paralegals and specialist solicitors within our probate team.

We will provide plenty of support to ascertain training needs, timely feedback, discussion and encouragement to get the best out of your career.
