About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Wigan. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients seeking to secure their homes through mortgage financing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss clients' requirements and provide advice on the best financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work with a vast network of introducers, referrals, and direct enquiries to secure new business opportunities.
  • Handle a range of mortgage cases, including buy to let, bridging, and residential mortgages, to advise on the best options for clients.
  • Collaborate with an experienced administration team to ensure seamless support and referrals to the in-house protection advisory team.

Requirements

  • Experienced residential Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record.
  • Essential experience in buy to let mortgages.
  • Desirable experience in bridging mortgages.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Genuine and honest approach to client interactions.
  • Proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
