**The Role**
Charnock Mortgages is a small mortgage brokerage based in Wigan, due to the growth of the business we are now looking to expand. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in assisting both clients and the mortgage advisor, ensuring a seamless mortgage and protection process. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining strict compliance standards and consistently sticking to process.
This role will be office based in Wigan town centre for 20 Hours per week, spread across Monday - Friday (Flexibility can be granted to suit circumstances)
Salary - £12 per hour
Possibility of increased hours in the future dependent upon business needs.
**Essential Criteria**
- Previous administration experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional time management and phone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate in Microsoft and various web-based systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to multi task and prioritise
**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the business to set priorities and manage expectations.
- Answering calls and handling client queries
- Liaising with clients and providers and nurturing relationships through regular communication.
- Ensuring the CRM database is accurate and regularly updated.
- Co-ordinating sales data from various systems and sources and managing these records
- Diary management with a focus on handling enquiries and booking/confirming appointments.
- Handling invoices, overseeing payments
- Collating client files for compliance checks
- General support and continuously seeking innovative ways to support the business
- Maintain complete discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Portray a professional image, in such a manner so as to enhance the reputation of the company with both customers and introducers alike.
- Communicate in a professional manner, ensuring the client/s and all other relevant parties are kept fully informed.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines at all times.
**Mortgage Processing**:
- Ensure all supporting documentation has been provided.
- Load and scan client information correctly on to Revolution.
- Communicate with the lender throughout the process, providing additional information if required.
- Check mortgage offer to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate regularly with solicitors through to legal completion.
- Maintain accurate and up to date notes commentary for compliance purposes.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
