What is a Community Resource Centre (CRC)?

Bath and North East Somerset have three care homes which are Community Resource Centres located in Bath and Midsomer Norton. Each Community Resource Centre includes a residential care home for between 30 and 45 people, and these homes provide important services to older people in our community. We provide care and health services in a comfortable, safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities, including dementia.

Our Care Staff at these centres work hard to offer residents the opportunity to retain as much independence as possible and to enjoy their lives.

Cleeve Court

Cleeve Court is a purpose built 30 bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton, Bath and is based over 2 floors. It is easily accessible by public transport.

As a Senior Support Worker:

You will be working in a supervisory position supporting the Registered Manager with maintaining exceptional high levels of care and support to the residents.You will be responsible for managing shifts over a 2-week rota which includes alternative weekends and Bank Holidays. Your duties will include dealing with the day-to-day management of Cleeve Court, supervision of staff, rota cover, undertaking audits and staff development.You will be required to have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, following policy and procedure in a proactive manner.

We would welcome applications from a variety of different employment backgrounds for example nursing, domiciliary care, learning disabilities, healthcare etc. Where fundamentally, you have experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
