This role works out of our Head Office and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment administrator to join an evolving recruitment department.

The role will provide strong analytical and administrative support to the busy recruitment, onboarding and training functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure new joiners are fully compliant from a health and safety perspective (essential rolespecific training and qualifications), before entering our sites
  • Be datadriven and strategic, utilise ATS & HRIS to identify top talent for placement, and/or retention and redeployment at end of current contract
  • Support in the production of recruitment, training and workforce analytics
  • Administrative support to the Labour Director and to the training and fleet functions within the department

Experience and Skills

  • Experience using ATS/HR/T&A systems essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Power BI or similar report writing experience particularly advantageous
  • Accurate, detailed and processdriven
  • Experienced in high volume data entry and analysis
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and meet crucial deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and eager to work on own initiative
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Previous experience in construction would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Minimum: GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics
