This role works out of our Head Office and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment administrator to join an evolving recruitment department.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new joiners are fully compliant from a health and safety perspective (essential rolespecific training and qualifications), before entering our sites
- Be datadriven and strategic, utilise ATS & HRIS to identify top talent for placement, and/or retention and redeployment at end of current contract
- Support in the production of recruitment, training and workforce analytics
- Administrative support to the Labour Director and to the training and fleet functions within the department
Experience and Skills
- Experience using ATS/HR/T&A systems essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Power BI or similar report writing experience particularly advantageous
- Accurate, detailed and processdriven
- Experienced in high volume data entry and analysis
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and meet crucial deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, selfmotivated and eager to work on own initiative
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Previous experience in construction would be beneficial, but not essential
- Minimum: GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics
