About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment & Onboarding team at SGN. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in recruiting diverse talent into our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Update job adverts to attract a more diverse workforce and work with job boards to reach a wide candidate pool
  • Support hiring managers with screening CVs and applications, and provide expert support in interviews
  • Liaise with agencies on our PSL for permanent, temporary, and contract vacancies
  • Provide accurate and regular recruitment data and run recruitment events, such as assessment centres
  • Effective communication with the wider HR team and participate in job fairs and networking events
  • Stay up-to-date with trends within the talent market and work closely with the Recruitment Manager on ad-hoc recruitment campaigns/projects
Requirements
  • Proven track record of recruiting effectively for a diverse workforce
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Experience with an ATS system and ability to manage changing priorities
  • Competency with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage, but not essential
