GDL Property Ltd. is an industry-leading, high-end design & build company specialised in residential refurbishments in the London Area.We are constantly expanding our team and business and are now looking for enthusiastic and motivated people with experience in wooden flooring bespoke fitted furniture and kitchens.
We are looking for a passionate Sales Representative who can combine their experience in Sales with knowledge of the flooring market, specifically to do with wooden, engineered flooring - its types, finishes, requirements, and supply line etc.
The Opportunity:
- Working as head of Sales within a stunning retail showroom specialising in a vast range of highend interior products
- Managing the daily retail sales for all footfall to the showroom
- Working closely with clients and the trade team as well to maximise all sales
- Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell
- Build a strong relationship with our customers and supplier and maximise sales growth
- Proven sales experience and target hitting
- Background in a showroombased sales role is perfect.
- Experience in highend interior retail products would be preferred
- Establish and maintain social media with the aim on building an online brand
- Knowledge of timber flooring, bespoke wardrobes and kitchens would be beneficial
- Driven, motivated and ambitious
- Team player is key
You must:
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Be presentable and approachable.
- Be professional in every aspect of the job.
- Be a peopleperson, outgoing and a great communicator.
Knowledge and experience in any similar field, related to working with and the supply and resale of wood flooring, along with any additional qualifications, or relevant experience as a Sales Representative, will be considered an advantage.
