Trainee Account Manager (Private Client FX) Position at GC Partners

We are currently offering a remarkable opportunity for a Trainee Account Manager to join our dynamic Private Client Dealing Desk. Collaborating closely with a seasoned Foreign Exchange (FX) sales team, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in this role.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will:

  • Acquire skills to provide optimal rates and cultivate strong client relationships
  • Develop a deep interest in the market trends
  • Receive mentorship to enhance your understanding of financial markets
  • Work within a supportive sales team environment that offers ample growth prospects

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients while delivering top-notch service
  • Proficiency in language and grammar
  • Providing essential support to the private client dealing team
  • Assisting new users with our online platform
  • Expanding the existing client base and promoting additional services
  • Selling a range of FX services with growing expertise
  • Familiarity with Consumer Duty policies and procedures
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
