What you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the General Manager to offer comprehensive backing in all managerial responsibilities
  • Maintaining consistent high standards across quality, safety, and food
  • Guiding and coaching your team towards achieving remarkable success
  • Striving for excellence in providing exceptional service to our clientele

What we're looking for:

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Financial Management: Experience in overseeing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to enhance performance
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proficient in delivering exceptional service, comprehending customer requirements, and ensuring a memorable experience
