Located in York, our design office and manufacturing workshops are equipped with modern fabrication tools such as CNC laser and plasma profilers; CNC press brake; lathes and milling equipment that can be programmed remotely and locally; robotic welding capabilities; pulse synergic welders; and a large commercial paint booth.

We handle all electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic design, assembly, and installation internally.

We regularly work with aluminium, plastics, and a variety of steel and stainless steels to create components and assemblies for our offerings.

The Role:
Managing the projects of our customized products from inception to completion.


Verifying the accuracy of computer models; preparing component parts for production; and issuing correct drawings to the assembly line.

Supervising our library of standard components.


Maintaining up-to-date manufacturing drawings and models; ensuring timely production of parts to manage inventory levels effectively.

You will be accountable for designing these parts and refining them through the production, stocking, installation, and final product phases - providing you with visibility of your work on screen, in real life, and in operation.


The role is dynamic and will evolve around your expertise, interests, and demonstrated potential.


Requirements:
Proficiency in 3D CAD – Autodesk Inventor or equivalent.

Openness to learn new skills.

Prior design experience – gained through work placements or job roles - would be advantageous. Ability to conduct research beyond current knowledge is a plus.
