Culture Guru is recruiting an Office Manager to join a multi-award-winning, consumers' choice, social-housing refurbishment business based in Barking, East London.
This Office Manager role is the lynchpin of this family-run business and you will manage an entire office move months after joining.
Your main responsibility in this role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office facilities, equipment, and services.
Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment that reflects the company's brand and values.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and staff as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate supply needs, and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of resources. Manage office move from start to finish.

- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
