As Leisure Attendant, you will work with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have the perfect experience within our hotel.

Team work is everything You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient.

You are engaged, move with purpose and serve with enthusiasm and you understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.

What do we need from you?

  • Aged 18 and over
  • Available to work week days, evenings and weekends
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
