With a gleaming reputation, this company prides themselves on the culture they created for their employees. Looking for strong leadership they invest heavily on training and your development. Projects are inclusive of office developments, retail, heritage and listed buildings, residential, apartments/ bespoke housing, industrial, healthcare and sports & Leisure. Must be flexible to travel across Ireland and the UK when required on a weekly basis with a mixture of being in the office. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation and updating of contact budget.
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project.
- Liaison with Senior Management.
- Administration of contract records.
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s.
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting.
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings.
- Updating of cash reporting and collection.
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan.
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team.
- Third level qualification in QS or Construction management.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a QS Role.
- Cost management & administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Travel when required on a weekly basis.
- Clean Driver’s License.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
