This is an exceptional opportunity responsible for all aspects of accounting in relation to the logistics development business and portfolio CAPEX working alongside various key stakeholders across multiple functions.

Oversee Projects module setup, ensuring accurate CAPEX allocation.Manage transactional uploads and project allocations.
Conduct variance analysis.
Manage and reconcile the retention ledger.
Prepare CAPEX numbers for monthly drawdowns and provide variance analysis.
Support funding and transactions for new acquisitions.
Develop supply-chain due diligence policies.
Support finance transformation initiatives towards a Power BI suite.
Produce financial reports for land held under options.
Experience with CAPEX management and project accounting.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
