Role Summary:

Seashell is currently seeking an experienced Teacher to work with students between the ages of 4 and 19 at Royal School Manchester. As a Senior Teacher, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional education outcomes and support the overall mission and vision of the school.

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing the Seashell curriculum tailored to individual student needs, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the multidisciplinary team and students
- Serve as a role model by adhering to Trust policies and procedures
- Ensure up-to-date information on the school's website
- Support Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) in their roles
- Facilitate student work experience opportunities and provide necessary feedback

- Participate in the moderation of baseline reports
- Keep abreast of National Strategies and share relevant information with staff
- Lead weekly meetings with school managers to discuss progress and development opportunities
- Oversee subject reports and action plans, utilizing data analysis for decision-making

Requirements:
- Previous experience in teaching students with special educational needs and communication difficulties
- Proficiency in planning and implementing individualized education programs
- Skills in team management, observation, and behavior management strategies
- Teaching Degree or Post Graduate Diploma with QTS status
