Loungers - Installation / Cafe Fit Out Team Member

Role and Responsibilities:
Here at Loungers we are looking for an install team member to support the fit out of our new and existing sites


You will be an integral part of the team installing artwork to the walls, setting furniture and installing internal signage are a few of the tasks you will be trained on.

At it's core, you will be a part of the team that makes a Lounge look like a Lounge This is an opportunity for a very hands on individual to become a part of a great team of people.

The ideal person will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have high standards and attention to detail. You will thrive off the hustle and bustle of the fast-paced environment, whilst learning new skills. No job is too small.

You will also be supporting our existing Lounge Cafe's to replace or deliver furniture/ equipment etc which requires heavy lifting.


As we open sites in a variety of locations across the UK, you must be open to staying away from home 2 to 3 days per week.

Duties

  • Coordinate deliveries, collections and transfers from lock up & suppliers to café bar sites.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • New opening installs in various locations in the UK. Involving install of pictures, mirror's, furniture etc
  • Must be comfortable working at height.
  • Must promote and adhere to good safety practices.
  • Help maintain standards at our storage facility.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required.
Essential Skills

  • Driver's license
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Confident using power tools
Preferred Skills

  • Motivated, selfdisciplined and with a 'can do' attitude
  • Must relish a hectic environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
