Job Summary

Loungers Plc is seeking a highly experienced Group Finance Director to join its leadership team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance finance function, driving business growth, and delivering a finance transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function, driving business growth and improving financial performance
  • Develop and implement a finance transformation agenda to improve the pace and quality of financial information
  • Partner with the CFO to drive business strategy and decision-making
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, developing and coaching finance professionals
  • Drive operational improvements to drive further sales and margin growth
