The Programme Development Officer plays a crucial role in managing and executing our Professional Development course portfolio. They collaborate with stakeholders, oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and venue management. By maintaining relationships, ensuring course accuracy, and providing operational support, they contribute to seamless delivery and organisational success.

What you'll be doing


As a Programme Developer Officer, your role will involve collaborating with the Programme team to support and maintain our B2B & B2C PD course portfolio.


You will have a range of responsibilities, including course scheduling, addressing inquiries from presenters, managing the Go/Cancel process, and ensuring course viability.

You will also work closely with freelancers, assisting in their recruitment and management. Organising cover for absences and overseeing venue allocation will be important aspects of your role.

Additionally, you will contribute to marketing initiatives, maintain website content accuracy, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
