We are currently seeking a full-time Content Operation Analyst to join our London Team. This role, based in our London office, offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office).

The Role:

As a Content Operation Analyst, you will report to the Head of Data Operations. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in the financial industry, specifically in credit risk and broader financial markets. Prior experience of 1-3 years in the industry is also welcome.

This position provides a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing organization that offers a unique financial data service by leveraging insights from major financial institutions globally. You will collaborate with various teams including Product, Analytics, Sales, and Account Management, gaining exposure to diverse departments.

As a part of a busy and diverse team, your responsibilities will involve maintaining and enhancing our credit risk data service, overseeing core data operations, ensuring data quality and accuracy, managing complex datasets, and providing valuable analysis. Additionally, you'll engage in client support activities and receive on-the-job training to develop a versatile skill set.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and development of data processing operations.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Building professional relationships with data contributors.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address queries and projects.
  • Implementing process improvements.
  • Enhancing product offerings and providing additional insights.

Requirements:

  • Interest and knowledge in financial markets and credit risk.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle technical complexities.
  • Strong administrative and project management skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in credit risk or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA), SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience with hybrid working models.
