Build relationships with sector leaders and keep abreast of developments and potential new topics that might translate into successful events or projects.

Research and understand the competitive landscape.
Plan the structure of events and secure top-level speakers.
Create the content for and produce commercial videos, webinars and articles.
Manage and deliver detailed project plans for successful delivery of events and commercial content.

Co-ordinate and work with members of the wider team – analyst, marketing, sales and operations for the successful delivery of events.

Continuously communicate and update event marketing, sponsorship, operations, sales on progress against targets, pipeline and feedback from the market.

Carry out post event analysis and feedback and ensure our wider learnings are circulated to the team.'Think big' and contribute ideas for growth that improve our events and commercial content.

Produce and deliver commercially successful events, meeting internal deadlines.
Ensure that the content is primarily driven by primary research among potential delegates and speakers.
Manage the speaker budget, producing and delivering content on time and to budget.
Work closely with the wider team to provide sales leads.

Work closely with the commercial team to ensure communication, alignment of objectives and strong relationship buildingSkills & Qualifications1 year of experience in a content or research related role, demonstrating proficiency in content creation and research methodologies.

Excel in independent work and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, contributing to a quality, content-led portfolio.
Possess ambition and show commitment to maintaining a high standard of work, contributing to personal and company growth. Be driven by results and have a proactive approach to achieving success.
