Repairs administrator required - customer calls, booking appointments and general repairs administration

Main Objectives of the Post

  • To provide a high quality, customer focused administration service within the Operations division of Homes for Haringey.
  • To respond to tenants and service users as initial contact, dealing with their enquiries in accordance with departmental policy.
  • To provide full administrative support to the operational teams.
  • To provide information and advice as required to service users.
  • To maintain and utilise manual and computer based systems.
  • To deputise for the Senior Administrative Officer in his/her absence.
  • To assist in the supervision of Operational administration support to the service in the absence of the Senior Administrator.

Rate:
£15.17 Umbrella

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
£15.17 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- repairs/ admin: 1 year (preferred)
