Where they talk about culture, engagement, their relationships internally and how they feel supported.I am currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager for a brilliant growing SME based in South Leicester. This is a fab opportunity for someone to join their 'family feel' team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for a 'go getter' someone who wants to join them as a true partner and develop alongside the business as they go from strength to strength.
They are a multisite manufacturing and retail business with around 500 employees, you will work on site every day in south Leicester, popping to the other sites throughout the year to build lasting relationships with the key stakeholders.
Brand is a HUGE thing for them and what sits at the heart of what they do, they need a Senior HR manager to help them on the journey of growth but maintaining everything they value about the culture of the company.
This role will have two direct reports and you will coach, support and work with them to ensure the HR function is fit for purpose.
Finally, there is a lot to be said for working for a board who are pragmatic, forwards thinking, proactive and all round good fun No two days will be the same and you can be sure that you will be challenged but supported throughout your career.
