We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Solus business based in Mansfield (NG19).

Overall Role Purpose:

  • Ensuring all UK & Export customer sales orders are processed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assisting the Customer Services Manager when necessary with any other administrative duties relating to customer requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all UK and Export customer sales orders
  • Allocation of stock to all UK & Export despatch notes then printing for shipment
  • Updating UK despatch notes to invoices
  • Consolidation of Export despatch notes to invoices
  • Preparation of export documentation on the _ecommerce_ platform with the local Chamber of Commerce
  • Liaising with the different departments and the warehouse department when necessary

Must have experience / an understanding of the following:

  • Incoterms
  • Commodity/tariff codes
  • Countries of Origin
  • Bills of Lading / Air waybills
  • Preparation of specific certificates via the local Chamber of Commerce's _ecommerce_ platform
