Job Description:

Culina Group is expanding and looking for a motivated HR Analyst to join the team at Appleton Thorn site.

As an integral part of the Stobart HR Team, you will focus on producing and delivering essential people metrics and data reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting and analytics for the People function, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance HR systems for better data reporting.
  • Analyze data trends, offer insights, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop and deliver monthly reporting schedules, interpreting large volumes of data to drive efficiency.
  • Adhere to internal processes, handle MI requests, and support organizational changes.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports suitable for various audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like iTrent, Midland HR, and SAP Success Factors.
  • Experience with Recruitment, Benefits, and Performance Management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication skills.
