The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to join our Client Solutions team. Your main responsibility will be to lead and develop winning proposals, respond to enquiries about our DEI products and services, and engage with potential new clients. You will craft strategic messaging, ensuring we communicate the best story and value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage inbound sales enquiries and your own pipeline.
  • Attend client calls to inform the creation of proposals and tender documents.
  • Translate technical information into clear, solutions-based DEI content.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and handouts for client meetings.
  • Support bid opportunities for new business pursuits.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Draft compelling proposal texts, including executive summaries and technical approaches.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve and streamline the proposal development process.
  • Maintain the proposal content library and attend pre-proposal meetings as needed.
  • Use the CRM database to track proposal information and develop reports.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable work and/or lived experience in DEI.
  • Genuine interest and passion for DEI with up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High-quality customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be creative and innovative.
  • Team player with cultural awareness for international settings.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven project management and sales experience.
  • Prior experience (including lived) in the DEI landscape
  • Proven experience in conducting in-depth interviews and presentations.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other word processing software.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM/data management.

Terms :

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements considered.

Hybrid working model with a minimum of two days in the Central London office.
