OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The post-holder will work within the People and Wellbeing team for FCMS, with a large focus on supporting both Recruitment and Training.
This role will ultimately support the intense HR & Recruitment roles for 850+ staff and the fast-paced Training and Development Team.
The administrative work undertaken in this role will support compliance and regulatory requirements for recruitment and training and other aspects of the people agenda.
People are at the core of all we do, and this role demands a colleague that is passionate about those we serve.
