Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Recruitment Team Leader, your daily tasks will include:

  • Creating engaging vacancy and booking profiles along with compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Effectively sourcing and selecting candidates, aligning them with current roles and building a future talent pipeline.
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining an understanding of your sales pipeline.
  • Developing, implementing, and executing straightforward sales strategies.
  • Analyzing market share, competitor activities, opportunities, and pricing to ensure budgetary goals are met.
  • Consistently enhancing productivity and sales efforts to achieve year-on-year growth in revenue, margins, and profits while ensuring exceptional client service levels as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Conducting regular client visits, necessitating a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Engaging in outbound business-to-business sales and business development through calls and in-person meetings.
  • Maintaining best practices in administration and record-keeping.
  • Overseeing daily operations and fostering the development of a team of Consultants.
