- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Assist in preparing monthly contract reports and various other reports
- Manage document requests and provide training to staff on document usage

Requirements for the Construction Administrator Role:
- Prior experience in an administrative/document control position
- Ideally, background in facilities management
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Deadline-oriented with a strong attention to detail
- Team player with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive individual
