Coeliac UK, a long-standing organization supporting individuals with coeliac disease and gluten related conditions, is seeking a dedicated individual to join us full-time. In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £42,000 per year.

With a mission to enhance the availability of gluten-free options, deliver reliable advice and assistance to the gluten-free community, and finance essential research to combat the effects of gluten and investigate coeliac disease, Coeliac UK has been a key player for over 50 years.

This role will be part of the Finance and Operations department, focusing on efficient Programme and Project management within the charity:

  • Leading and overseeing the successful implementation of intricate projects and programmes
  • Cultivating strong, professional connections with supervisors, collaborating closely with the Chief Financial and Operations Officer
  • Capturing, comprehending, and integrating stakeholder requirements into all project/programme facets
  • Defining, monitoring, and communicating updates on programme & project performance to key stakeholders
  • Supervising the Charity's IT support agreements, ensuring the resilience of the IT infrastructure, and meeting the organization's evolving needs through contractors
  • Observing technological advancements, proposing system enhancements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintaining precise project documentation
  • Minimum of 5 years' project management experience
  • Proven expertise in leading and executing projects in the charity or services sector
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office, with a deeper understanding of project management tools like MS Project
  • Experience in managing projects involving data migration and system integration
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to establish effective processes and procedures
