Both a RIBA Chartered Practice and a BIID member, this studio offers a variety of services including architectural design, interior design, and property management. Their portfolio mainly comprises upscale residences in prestigious London areas like Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster.

Role & Responsibilities
  • PA Responsibilities:
    • Anticipating and preparing for the daily and weekly needs of the Commercial Director
    • Providing in-office administrative support such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
    • Being the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional communication
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
    • Preparing and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail
    • Coordinating with clients and external partners to organize business engagements
    • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly
    • Assisting with special projects and miscellaneous tasks
    • Ensuring seamless communication between senior management and other departments
    • Embodying professionalism and adapting flexibly to shifting priorities
  • Office Manager Responsibilities:
    • Acting as the initial point of contact for callers, visitors, and new staff
    • Oversight of studio ambiance and identity for receiving daily guests and clients
    • Managing office premises, facilities, and third-party contractors collaboratively with senior management
    • Ensuring daily cleanliness of spaces
    • Efficiently stocking consumables
    • Managing studio infrastructure, emails/post, office supplies, and H&S
    • Addressing IT equipment maintenance
    • Handling office filing and archives in coordination with other administrative staff
    • Keeping the office address book up to date
    • Assisting in managing the practice's portfolio

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an architecture or design practice
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • Proactive and organized approach to work

What You'll Receive
  • Salary: £35,000
