- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries or issues and provide appropriate solutions.
