What you'll do:
- Create and maintain media moderation and classification processes
- Evaluate the performance of computer vision ML models, collecting and annotating training data for model improvements
- Analyze process performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest and plan improvements using a datadriven approach
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to define and execute destination media acquisition projects
- Maintain image data for metadata updates, legal requests, annotation, etc
- Develop clear written communication materials for project documentation, status updates, and presentations to share with stakeholders and leaders
Who you are:
- You have experience working with crossfunctional teams developing customerfacing products
- You have experience with project management methodologies, tools, and processes
- You have knowledge of photo production, aesthetics, image licensing, and stock photography (preferred)
- You have experience with data reporting methods and techniques for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data, including tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and Tableau (preferred)
- You bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work, with a strong bias for action and the skill to seamlessly navigate through ambiguity and change
- You consider the audience's needs and context when crafting solutions or presenting ideas and are able to identify how the needs of different audiences may differ
- You are comfortable working autonomously with remote teams
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500 to $115,500.
Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $72,500 to $101,500.Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $116,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115, Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
