Job Summary

CUBE Content Governance Global Limited is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Content Technologies to lead our Technology Integration Programme. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the prospect of extension, where required.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, reporting, and delivering the program, ensuring that project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Program Leadership
    • Direct internal and external parties to deliver the program, ensuring alignment between different workstreams across engineering, product, operations, content, and others.
    • Develop and manage achievable high-level plans, risks, and issues.
    • Ensure capacity management.
    • Deliver Executive level communication, clearly and effectively highlighting status, any key changes against the overall plan and key milestones, articulating any key risks, issues, and decisions needed.
    • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope.
    • Ensure project milestones are met and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
    • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measures as necessary.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage innovation within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering data-centric software engineering programs with 40+ engineers over 12+ months within a small company environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE, and other methodologies as tools that can be used to help delivery.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business subject.
