We are working with an excellent, growing telecommunications firm who are looking for an Order Management Coordinator to join their team and take control of the commercial order and delivery process cycle.

This is a new role within a new team supportinga highly funded start-up business. The role will be very hands-on managing the day to day sales order process, but you must be a problem solver and forward thinking as it is fast-paced and extremely exciting

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • As the Order Management Coordinator, you'll provide efficient administration and coordination support across all orders that are being processed through the delivery cycle.
  • Manage the end to end order flow, from feasibility, through order acceptance and throughout delivery
  • Provide project coordination support for customer orders
  • Identify issues and effectively manage escalations within the order cycle
  • Work alongside the Sales teams, acting as a key contact for sales people and Delivery Partners alike.
  • Be able to support and step up to deliver on a Commercial order cycle which is set to increase materially over the coming year
  • Help identify and implement process improvements within the delivery cycle
  • Be a key member of a newly formed team with a key focus on delivery

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


You have a strong track record in delivering efficient and effective customer focused coordination and support ideally, in a global telecommunications business.

You're "all over it" when it comes to solving problems and are recognized as someone who bringsoutside of the box thinking and strong customer focus.

You love getting into the nitty-gritty and making things happen. You're sparked by a fast pace and new challenges with a constant eye on achieving business outcomes. You're a specialist on your own anda mentor on a team. You want to make a real difference in the world by revolutionizing technology in Space.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Degree Level Education or equivalent or professional qualification is ideal but not mandatory
  • The ability to work across different timezones and cultures
  • An individual with demonstrable experience
  • A team player
  • Strong MS Office user especially
  • Great experience with Salesforce/Account Hub
