nGather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement.nWork with product development and support teams to implement necessary changes and enhancements.


nPerformance Monitoring:


nMonitor client usage and engagement metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.nIdentify at-risk clients and develop strategies to re-engage them.nCross-Functional Collaboration:nCollaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.nParticipate in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support client engagement efforts.

nStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Education:
nBachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

nExperience:
nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or customer success, preferably in the education sector
