About the Job

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement Manager to join our Cloud and Custom Application delivery unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering digital and cloud transformations at an enterprise scale.

Our team specializes in building world-class digital experiences and applications using agile delivery methods and robust, flexible platforms. We work with clients to design and deliver complex digital transformation programmes, and we are looking for a Programme Manager who can lead some of the most innovative enterprise digital projects in the UK and globally.

Your Role

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will provide delivery expertise and consultancy to external clients, working on technology-focused delivery assignments in any sector and with varying sizes and degrees of complexity. You will be responsible for the end-to-end engagement, including shaping, defining, delivering, and having responsibility for budget management; security compliance management; contract and commercial management.

You will also be expected to build excellent client relationships, enabling delivery-led sales opportunities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for delivering bespoke software or integration programmes and projects using cloud technologies.

Your Skills and Experience
  • A successful track record of working directly with clients to deliver value within a commercial framework
  • A recognised programme/project management and/or agile practitioner certification
  • Experience delivering complex programmes and projects using an agile framework
  • Techniques for estimating, sizing, and tracking programmes and projects delivered using an agile framework
  • Experience of using a variety of agile frameworks and a passion for leveraging agile ways of working with teams and with clients
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and mentoring skills
Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. You will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility during the recruitment process.
