Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for property? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our recognised client in Falkirk.

This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within an expanding property business.

What you will get in your new role

This is a part-time position (3 days per week), with occasional requirements to cover full-time during holidays.

Benefits include a cycle-to-work scheme, free on-site parking, and a generous salary of £23,000 to £24,500 per annum pro rata.

Working hours are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 09:00 to 17:00, 21 hours per week.

Responsibilities in your new role as Property Administrator

  • Recording and documenting instructions accurately
  • Coordinating and scheduling surveys
  • Managing an electronic appointment calendar efficiently
  • Undertaking additional general office tasks as needed
  • Prioritising both efficiency and excellence in all interactions with clients
Your personality, experience and qualifications


To be suitable for the role of Property Administrator you must have previous administration experience, preferably within a property environment, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative tasks.

Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.

The ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload, coupled with a keen attention to detail, are crucial attributes for this role.
