**Property Maintenance Administrator (Finance)**

Location: This post is based at Link’s Falkirk office.

Hour of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

Link is looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator (Finance) who will contribute to the provision of a high quality service to all its customers. The needs of the customers will be met at their first point of contact and they will be provided with a proactive service. The repairs team are committed to achieving a ‘right first time’ response to its reactive repairs and the post holders will be key to this being achieved.

The Property Maintenance Administrator will be flexible within the remit of the repairs service and will be able to resolve / advise on enquiries raised through any method of contact for both internal and external customers.

The post holder will be required to use their initiative to assess a situation and act accordingly within the set timescales and guidelines detailed in the procedures that they must be familiar with.

All enquiries and/or service requests must be dealt with in a confident and efficient manner and the Property Maintenance Administrator will be expected to remain calm, sympathetic and supportive while dealing with any situation.

**About You**

As a Property Maintenance Administrator, you will be educated to HNC level or equivalent in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or similar.

The Property Maintenance Administrator will have relevant experience of dealing with customer, contractor and colleague enquiries, with the ability to negotiate a resolution. This role requires knowledge of housing repair issues and a high standard of IT literacy and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office systems.

You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone with the ability to use housing/property databases and software packages to support service delivery and improvement.
